You will continue sailing past the island of Sant'Andrea with its fortress that once defended the Serenissima from enemies, the Lido of Venice where the famous Venice Film Festival is based, the smaller islands and the Giardini where the Venice Biennale is based, until you reach St. Mark's Basin.
